The production process of sterilization bags on the bag making machine is as follows:

print. According to customer requirements, imported dialysis paper or high-quality Chinese dialysis paper is used. Blank dialysis paper is printed and typed according to customer requirements.

cutting. Cut printed paper and film by the installation size of the slitting machine.
Bag making. In the 100,000-level clean workshop, a bag making machine is used to make a composite bag from the dialysis paper and composite membrane along the glued area at 130°C ~ 200°C and a speed of 60 meters ~ 100/min. After overlapping, the three sides are heat-melted and pressed to obtain a medical packaging bag, forming a medical sterile packaging bag.

Bag Making Machine Cutting System

The cutting system consists of cutter, length adjuster, overrunning clutch, welding wire adjustment and other parts.

1. Cutter: It is the most important component of the system. It adopts a movable knife and a sliding guide, and is a floating mechanism pressed by a spring. Both the upper and lower knives are adjustable. There is an adjusting screw, which can be used to adjust the tightness of the cutter, which can effectively eliminate the difficulty of cutting raw materials.

  1. Bag-making length adjuster: The bag-making length is adjusted by changing the position of the connecting rod on the eccentric carriage to control the bag-making length, and the bag-making size is adjusted by tightening the handwheel and nut.
  2. Overrunning clutch: Zhongsu overrunning clutch is an important part of this machine. Its quality and performance directly affect the error of product length. However, during use, due to the high working frequency, its lifespan also has a certain limit. If it is found that there is an error in the bag length during the production process (generally after half a year of continuous production), and other faults cannot be solved, the clutch can be disassembled for inspection and repair.
  3. Adjust the distance between the welding line and the cutting line: The distance between the welding line and the cutting line is generally 5-10mm. Turn the handwheel on the adjustment frame to make the beam roller rise or fall a certain distance to obtain the ideal cutting line. In order to easily observe the quality of the welding wire, the welding wire position of the single bottom line can be adjusted to the outer end of the machine cutter. If the welding line and the bottom line are not parallel, loosen the fastening screw of the bevel gear at one end and turn the handwheel to raise or lower one end of the beam roller; after production is stable, tighten the screw of the gear.
  4. How to adjust the welding knife: Place a piece of tissue paper on the support base, turn the large handwheel in the body box by hand to make the welding knife at the bottom dead center, loosen the nut and adjusting nut, and try to pull the ends of the tissue paper with your hands. Press down until approximately equal. After adjustment, lock the nut to prevent loosening.
  5. Automatic light-controlled feeding device: This device consists of a servo motor, feeding rubber roller, light-controlled film shutter, curtain, photoelectric tracking machine and electronic control line. Its function is to maintain normal film feeding during the production process. When the machine is running, when the film feeding speed is too fast and blocks the light control rays, the device will issue a command to stop the motor from rotating and feeding.
